I just started reading this new book that I got from the library today (yes me and Truly go to the library, it's what you do when you spend all your money on fast food and broke.) Any who, this book is called A Broom of One's Own. It's about the author, Nancy Peacock, and her life working cleaning houses and writing novels. It's an "encouragement to al hard-working artists, no matter how they are making a living." She provides valuable insight in her books and great tips and humor. This book is really hitting home with me because I plan to write a book and my profession is...housecleaning!
When I saw the book, I couldn't believe it. I was like "this is what i've been looking for!" I felt like this book was written just for me, what a great inspiration!
